Great stick, air to air refuelling is much easier and inputs are more telepathic. Unless you have tried a nice stick like this before you don't know what you're missing.

I love all the extra springs and tools you get to help install or modify your stick. Cant speak more highly of it. Only let down is now hard manuals just videos which are often out of date.

Awesome kit, the cam and spring adjustment gets the feedback right where you want it. I have fairly average sized hands but the grip feels perfectly comfortable when you hold it correctly.

Be careful with the heavily recessed screw above "Gate Cont" when installing twist adapter, it gave me a bit of trouble - not sure if mine came a little tighter than it should have been. Nonetheless support gave a fast response and was an overall good experience.

Right off the bat I had a bit of a abnormal request for purchasing and the customer service rep, Luke was fantastic and quick too respond. Once I finally received the item, it has elevated my flying experience thanks to how smooth and customisable it is. Yes the pro has a plastic feel but after the initial consideration, it has not bothered me in the slightest. The in the box manual could be a little more descriptive but there's enough media online and on 5he vkb YouTube channel to figure everything out. Overall I love this stick and highly recommend VKB.

I ordered a VKB Ultimate Edition MK III. Customer service was excellent. You're engaging with someone in Australia so communications is efficient. I actually ordered the wrong stick and VKB Australia were obliging and courteous to modify my order and replace the stick with the one I wanted. Luke in customer was good to deal with. I had a lot of questions, all answered in detail before I made the purchase. The Stick is smooth to use and exactly what I thought it was going to be. Switches are good quality and the feel of the stick is excellent, especially as you can change the cam profiles and spring rates. Thanks
