Please be aware that for shipping purposes UCM mounts are pre-assembled to some extent to fit into the box. In order to assemble your UCM mount correctly, you would need to take them apart first, and then follow the video guides below accordingly.

These controls are phenomenal. The VKB Gladiator stick is smoother than my excuses after missing a shot, the STECS throttle has more buttons than my brain has remaining brain cells, and the UCM mounts hold everything so solidly that I’m convinced they could survive atmospheric re-entry.
Build quality? Tank-like. Precision? Surgical. Ergonomics? My desk now feels like a NATO-approved flight simulator.
And yet—despite all this premium engineering—I regret to report that my fighter pilot skills have not improved at all. I still overshoot landings, panic in dogfights, and occasionally deploy the wrong thing at the worst possible moment. Turns out elite hardware cannot overcome elite incompetence.
That said, every time I lose, I lose in style. If you want top-tier controls that make you feel like a deadly ace while flying like a confused intern, VKB absolutely delivers.
Would recommend to anyone who wants to remove “bad equipment” from the list of excuses and focus entirely on blaming themselves.
These are really well built, sturdy and once set up, fantastic. They take time to set up and aren't the easiest in the world, and i can't say the instructions are perfect, though the video is helpful, but overall this is a fantastic product and goes well with my joystick.

I like the way I can configure this mount in different ways. It would be good if the mounting system had a thin plate at the top and the mounting screws underneath so I could just slide it under my yoke and have the tightening screws underneath instead of making a bracket under my table to mount it. But that’s just a nitpick. Very solid mount that will last a lifetime.

I would say more but its just that good, actually the only thing i could say is that it probably lacks flexibility in the mounting of sticks, i,e horizontal mounting of the stick which isn't currently possible this time
