    Shipped a faulty product

    Shipped a faulty product with an issue with the screws not aligning. Means I cannot assemble the base plate properly.

    Poor experience with customer service... Made me take videos and then delayed and pretended to not understand the issue even though it is very basic.

    Also, they keep deleting my very legitimate negative review...

    We would like to clarify the situation for all readers of this review.
    The issue was noted straight away by our Support team and engaged with you to troubleshoot the issue.
    We were not able to pinpoint the problem via remote support despite the involvement of one of our senior techs.
    Hence why we asked you to send in the parts in question so we could review the issue and rectify any potential problems in a speedy and efficient manner.
    You had asked us to send parts to you for your own attempts to troubleshoot the issue. This is not an effective way to resolve the problem.
    We also confirmed with you that the controller was in a state whereby you could continue using the controller without any impacts on your gaming and then in due course, whenever the timing suited you, to send the parts to us.
    We committed a maximum turn-around time of one week to you as we have all potential parts in question in stock at our warehouse.
    Unfortunately, you chose to decline our offer.

    This is an industry-standard approach to troubleshooting products of this kind and we have been able to serve customers in this way for many years.
    We are now reaching out to you via personal email again to resolve the issue one way or the other.

    Everything I have heard was true.

    I purchased the NXT EVO premium right hand stick alongside a left hand omnithrottle for space simulation. It was purchased as an upgrade from my previous H.O.T.A.S whuch was let's say, creaky and weak! I am blown away by the quality for the price. The plastic feels substantial and strong, the movements are smooth and there is not even a micron of drift that I can detect. The included spare parts are in abundance and you can tell that VKB build their equipment with the intent for it to last a long time and with consideration for the customer. The software associated with the sticks is s little complex for a layman with it being rhe developer software. But... there are many tutorials online and in asking questions regarding programming custom features in to the sticks, I was replied to quickly and precisely on the VBK discord. So it really is a big advantage. Being able to make your sticks your own from obscure trim settings, curved and macro management to even adding in little elements like the LEDs rabidly flashing red and orange while I hold in the trigger. There really is the opportunity to make these sticks your own! I will be purchasing VBK from now on for all my simulation needs.

    Issues and solutions

    Purchased one of these and they didn’t include a usb cable and the base assessories bag. Emailed them with the issue and they provided a solution within hours of my email. Joystick works great, just waiting for the springs so I can play with the feel.

    Awesome quality

    This came super quick, seems to be amazing quality and was very easy to setup. Plenty of buttons for the most complex games and works well modded to throttle mode.
